How unique would you like your ceremony to be? We can provide anything from a 10
minute, very basic ceremony in our home, to an elegant and completely unique hour long
ceremony including customs or traditions from several religions or nationalities. It’s all a
matter of what the two of you would like! We always try to reflect the ideas and
personalities of each couple.
Listed below are the Ceremony Packages we offer. Each package includes its own
features and personalization as described, as well as the preparation and filing of
marriage licenses with the county clerks' offices. With the exception of the Elopement
Ceremony, ceremonies will be performed at the Bride and Groom's chosen location.
Though there are PayPal buttons available on this page for the simple wedding ceremony
packages , we suggest you do not make any payments until you have discussed options
with us and have received a quote for the services you desire.
We offer this small intimate ceremony for just the two of you and possibly a guest or twoarranged by appointment and performed in our home. It is a brief ceremony (usually 10 -
15 minutes long for the actual ceremony part.) Pre-wedding consultation is done by
email and telephone. We include a printed copy of the service for your memoirs. We
take care of filing the marriage license for you. Bring your camera and we will make
every effort to help you take a few pictures. The ceremony fee may be paid in advance
through PayPal with a credit card or bank transfer or mailing a check at least two weeks
prior to wedding, otherwise you will be expected to pay cash at the time of the
ceremony. Ceremony Fee: $125.
This is a small and intimate ceremony that usually lasts 15 to 20 minutes. It can be performed at a location arranged by the bride and groom, (There will be additional mileage
charges for any location further than within 100 miles from Round Rock.) the ceremony
will be brief, usually 15 to 20 minutes and will include vows and the ring exchange if
wanted. We offer five basic styles: Traditional, Non-denominational, or Contemporary
Christian, and a non-spiritual or more spiritual Civil ceremony. You tell us which style
you prefer and we will give the ceremony accordingly. (We also have a few other
selections for special circumstances such as blending families or second time around.
Please ask us if you should need something like this.) We will personalize the basic
ceremony to suit the bride and groom.. Pre-wedding planning and consultation is
available via telephone and email. Because this package is designed for smaller gatherings,
it does not include services such as a wedding rehearsal, any additional ceremonies within
the ceremony, or coordinating with musicians or photographers. We will include a
beautiful personalized copy of the ceremony, a marriage certificate and take care of filing
the marriage license. A deposit of $100 is required in advance to guarantee the date and
time. The full balance will be due two weeks prior to the actual date of the wedding. We
accept checks, money orders, cash or PayPal. Ceremony Fee: $225.
This is our most popular package! It is a completely personalized wedding ceremony that includes a copy of our Create a Ceremony Guidebook. Our guidebook breaks the wedding
ceremony down into specific parts such as Invocation , Welcoming, Foundation, Vows,
Ring Exchange, Minister’s Blessing, Benediction, Pronouncement etc. There are many
different options offered for each section as well as Bible verses and beautiful readings
that may be included in your ceremony. This is a completely personalized wedding
ceremony—religious, secular, or somewhere between-- traditional or contemporary in
style. The ceremony will be planned, written and performed at any location arranged by
the bride and groom within 50 miles of Round Rock, Texas. (Extra fees apply for longer
distances.) This will be a unique ceremony (20 - 40 minutes) written to reflect the
personalities and expressed preferences of the bride and groom. It may include customs
or traditions from various religions or nationalities, plus up to three additional 'ceremonies
within the ceremony' such as a Unity Candle, Handfasting, Rose, or other ceremony. The
package includes a face-to-face planning meeting with Reverends Thomas and Sharra and
unlimited email and telephone consultations. This package includes a Certificate of
Marriage suitable for framing as well as a personalized keepsake copy of your ceremony
in a protective folder. A deposit of $200 is required to guarantee date and time. The full
balance must be paid at least two weeks prior to the wedding date. We accept checks,
money orders, cash or PayPal payments. (Credit cards can be used through PayPal.) Let
us know if you need to pay this way. We can make it easier by sending a PayPal invoice.
Ceremony Fee: $425.
Additional Features such as special readings and 'Ceremonies within the Ceremony', if not already included in the package, can be added for $50 each. The rehearsal fee if not
already included in the package is $75. Additional mileage (more than 50 miles from our
home) charge is $75 and covers up to 50 miles from our location in Round Rock, Texas.
Distances further away than that may require an overnight stay and may incur additional
travel costs.
*Note: These are our basic packages. Special arrangements such as travel beyond
designated distances, themed wedding materials, etc. will be quoted on an individual
